Any Latin scholars out there who could assist with a translation of a tombstone?

CIL 05, 08773 = ILCV 00457a-b = D 02803

I have got this far.. but it doesn't read very well!

(This is) the urn of Vassionus, campedoctor of the troop of Batavii Seniori, whom his wife Vandacca, who lived with him for 22 years, buried. He served 35 years. He carries with him (=lived) 60 years. If anyone will wish to move the urn, he shall pay to the men of the fiscus (=the imperial treasury) 25 solidi (gold coins).

how's that?
