Draco standard construction

Most draoco tails that I know are constructed that way (the funneling keeps the tail inflated) but none make such a noise.

My first draco was not only funnel-shaped, but also torqued (is that the term): sewn in a curve, it always moved in the wind.

I have just put a reply in the other Draco Standard topic concerning a wheel could this be an answer to the sound production.
