Vinegar fabric glue

Thought this would be of interest: Fabric glue made of vinegar, glycerine, gelatin and water.

1 box of clear gelatine,
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3-4 tablespoons of water (just enough to stir the mixture)
1 teaspoon of glycerine

Melt the gelatine and water on low, then add the other ingredients and stir constantly mixing it well. You will have to apply this ‘glue’ while warm. And you can also store the remaining glue in a small plastic or glass jar for the next time you find a need for it by warming it up before you use it.

The ancients had all of the above ingredients, so might be beter than latex glue if the need ever arose.
