Some of my paintings are now on display at the Helmshore Mills Textile Museum, Helmshore in Lancashire, until 16th November.
I have posted some photos of the exhibition below.
There is a fascinating demonstration at the Mill itself of old fulling methods and it is quite interesting to see how wool material became quite thick after the process. The material was then used amongst other things to make British army tunics and greatcoats.
