Well, the first 2 answers said it all IMHO. Besides that all you can do is hunt for pics on the internet or go there and look at the shoes on display yourself. You'll have to come up with a pattern yourself then, though. I'm planning on making a few styles from there in the course of this year, so bear with me.
Btw, the correct name from Jurjen's post is Meister Knieriem (Stefan von der Heide), at http://knieriem.net/. He does first class work.
