Late Roman Spatha- Pattern welded blade

I use "Alexander Hamilton House" silver secret Plater. It is basically a non-toxic clay like liquid that is used to re-plate silverware. It isn't cheap, but works great and can be used for smaller things like these fitting etc. I've used it exclusively for silvering my scales for my armor, and now on various pieces for this project.
