Ave Civitas,
I am looking for a translation (into English, of course) of the writing of Galen, or perhaps a book that will explain how Galen treated ailments and injuries.
I have "The Healing Hand" that has a section on Galen, but are there other works out there?

That is probably not what you are looking for. The only sort of consummate translation of Galenus´work is from Greek to LATIN. And there is a lot in French.

There's also an epitome, rather than a translation, of all the works of Hippocrates and Galen here:
http://oll.libertyfund.org/titles/1988. This is handy for describing in detail what they say, which keeps it briefer than a full translation.
