Hi All,
I'm a new recruit, then?

OK; I'm from The Netherlands, I'm a trained historian and a re-enactor (though only a short time yet). I was always interested in Rome, for as long as I vcan remember, it must have been the holidays with my parents to Germany, where the remains of the Limes still fascinate me. My interest in Roman Britain started with the books by Rosemary Sutcliff, Eagle of the Ninth to be precise. I'm here because (nice metaphysical question: WHY ARE WE ALL HERE?) I followed a thread about discussing the Late Roman Army.

Cheers,
