Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Kate Gilliver - 03-10-2008

Paul, have you got a coat with a very large pocket that I could hide in?!!

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Caballo - 03-10-2008

I'll bring my sarcina...I'll be the one wearing a paenula and a London Welsh wooly hat....

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Kate Gilliver - 03-10-2008

In a paenula and London Welsh hat you'll look a complete wally and therefore'll probably be picked up by one of the cameras during the anthem, so I'll keep an eye open for you
Enjoy (you lucky b*****d!!)

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Caballo - 03-12-2008

"In a paenula and London Welsh hat you'll look a complete wally" So no change there, then. Big Grin

Actually, I may leave the paenula at home.....

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Ceannt - 03-13-2008

At least Scotland won Tongue

I am not even going to watch the england v Ireland game because it is turning me into a nutter Cry

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Caballo - 03-14-2008

Disaster....elsest son who is meeting us in Cardiff calls us last night from Poland. He lost his wallet (on a visit to Auschwitz, where he was understandably distracted ) with his ticket to the game inside.......off to try and get a duplicate. Don't hold much hope. Still have the other tickets, but....... Sad (

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Kate Gilliver - 03-14-2008

Oh that's terrible, Paul - you ought to be able to get a duplicate issued I'd have thought - but whether it can be done in time is a worry.
They're putting it on the big screen in front of City Hall in Cardiff, so if the worst comes to the worst, he can always watch it in the rain with 5000 locals!!

Predictions for this weekend: I'd love Ireland to win but fear that England might; Scotland - Italy - a draw? And the final match - there can only be one result.
Wales for the Grand Slam!!!

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Caballo - 03-14-2008

Thanks but despite all the clubs efforts, no joy at the WRU........a 100% no duplicates policy....hoping against hope that the wallet will turn up in Poland.....

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Kate Gilliver - 03-15-2008

Big Grin

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Ceannt - 03-16-2008

Rugby six nations - Paullus Scipio - 03-16-2008

Well, well,well, Kate........both Wales and Italy won !! Smile D wink:  8) 8)

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Caballo - 03-17-2008

And the atmosphere in the Millenium stadium, Cardiff was something else.............the volume with the roof closed was astonishing....

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Libitina - 03-17-2008

Must've been great, well done the Welsh team.

Am so chuffed that even when England play badly they still come second

Re: 6 Nations Rugby - Kate Gilliver - 03-17-2008

Paul, I'm so jealous of you!! Mind you, the atmosphere all round here was something else on Saturday, and everyone was going around with inane grins on their faces all yesterday!
Did you son find his ticket in the end?
