I've been unable to access Jona's Livius site since yesterday. But I can't access AOL either. Or my Delicious bookmarks, so maybe there's something going on.
This is one of the few sites I can get -- RAT, Google, Wikipedia. Anybody know what's going on?

I don't know. Livius.org seems to be normal accessible from here.

Maybe my ISP isn't talking to their ISP!
P.S. Everything seems to be back to normal now (3.55pm). Weird!

There was no server failure, the only problem your ISP mentioned is a RDS signal problem in the town Rijssen. Further I wasn't alerted about other problems with the net.
