Stylus Help - Doc - 03-08-2009
I have done a google search for good picture of styli. I would like to make one myself since they do not appear too difficult to make.
I have not really come up with anything. I was looking for James Curle Newstead styli or ones found at Vindonissa.
Does anyone have good detailed photos and dimensions of styli from the 1st Century AD.

Which material do you prefer?
Most of the stili I´ve seen are made of iron (often with bronze inlays), then followed by those made of bronze. I too like the decorative ones. fwg if you have any pictures showing the iron stili with inlays, I would appreciate it.
