The best sets available you can get from Erik Konig http://www.replik-online.de. Another good source is Antony Feldon. http://www.replik.de has some nice casted ones, and http://www.armillum.com has a nice set. Deepeeka also makes a set available through most DPK dealers.
But anyway, a forum search would have given you this answer also! You only have to use right grammar, thys 'Phalera' or 'Phalerae'

Yeah, but probably your English is a bit better than is my Russian (although Google translate helped me to read your previous post), but actually I think PHALERAE is neither Russian nor English. It seems to be latin
