I thought that I would like to amend my profile by adding my year of birth but not the full date. Obviously the system did not like this because it assigned me a totally fictitious date and even got the year wrong. Is there a way of doing what I want or am I asking the impossible?

I tried it, and the same thing happened to me. I suspect the system expects a month and day, so defaults to one if none are added. If nothing else, you could simply use January 1 or some other fictitious day.

Sorry others are having problems with the system, but glad it is not only me. My birthday with day, month and year are correct in my profile, but the day is not correct when the system puts it under my image.
Is anyone working on this?
