I must say that this very hypotetical map adds just a few points to my belief that a plumbata was actually found near Dessau..

For what I know, some evidences of the Maximinus's campaign have also been found in Kalefeld (Lower Saxony), near the Thuringia, and there are remains of a battle (Battle at the Harzhorn) near the Harzhorn Hill. If understood correctly the remains described in this topic confirm the vastness of the extent of Maximinus's campaign in the Germany.

.....and , yes , according to this:
https://www.thueringer-allgemeine.de/regionen/muehlhausen/deutliche-indizien-fuer-roemisches-militaerlager-bei-muehlhausen-id233337221.html
they do expect to find a roman camp in the Unstrut valley/Thuringia somewhere around Reiser slightly north of Mühlhausen/Thuringia.
They are in the process of re-routing the B247 highway there.
Literally hundreds of roman small finds have been made, amongst it a piece of samian ware from Lyon, datable to 10BC -- 10 AD as well as hundreds of
pieces of north-italian pottery and coinage from that area as well.
A roman camp in that area has been expected since about 20 years or so, I may add.
