I don't believe it Smile I once saw a tinned mail hamata and it looked considerably brighter. There is a difference in colour and sheen...

Thanks guys! Its not tinned, its galvinized :oops: . I might remove the galvy eventually, but for now its gonna stay.

I would love to say "oh, we had some nice hours together and build it up" Big Grin
But the city of Mayen owns it. It belongs to the "Vulkanpark" and is a nice looking part of wall with two towers of a late roman, so called "Fliehburg" at the top of a hill here.
So we just used it as background and in the heat of this weekend also as place to cool down.
