RCHME Inventories online - D B Campbell - 03-03-2018

Just made another amazing discovery (which may or may not be known to RATers).

The English Royal Commission inventories, which catalogue archaeological discoveries on a county-basis, have been "re-keyed" and made available online here.

For example, the volume on Roman London, published in 1928 (so just a tad outdated, but fascinating nonetheless), is here: http://www.british-history.ac.uk/rchme/london/vol3, and Ian Richmond's justly famous Eburacum volume of 1962 is here: http://www.british-history.ac.uk/rchme/york/vol1.
