Need help Identifying helmet on a relief depicting Trajan - Corvus - 09-12-2021
The relief is depicting Trajan leading a charge. One of his bodyguards seeks to hold his helmet. The helmet looks very similar to the helmet the guardsman himself is wearing. Any idea what kind of helmet this could be?
I assume its some sort of cavalry helmet?
