Thanks for accepting me. I have been interested in the Punic Wars and in particular Hannibal for almost 45 years, since my first Latin class where I heard:

"In gravibus difficultatibus, et exigua spe, audacissima consilia tutissima sunt". (Livy)

I live in Catalonia and for five years I have been exploring the Pyrenees, North and South Catalonia to determine the exact route of Hannibal's traverse between Cartagena and Narbonne. I've visited some of the Italian battle sites and am planning a visit to Tunis and the Zama battle site.
