Including the drive, it took about 45 minutes! The Parthenon sits in the middle of Centennial Park, a very large park with hugh fields for reenactors..! JOhnny Re: Megale Athena-Nashville! - Kallimachos - 04-29-2006 Thanks a lot Johnny, really great pics. I'll hope to see it in real in the near future. The statue of Athena is fantastic. Re: Megale Athena-Nashville! - Arthes - 04-30-2006 More information here......[url:1gswqm45]http://www.goddess-athena.org/Museum/Temples/Nashville/[/url] Quote:BTW: Does the place has a Good ground for A Reenactment Show??? Surely Athena would be honoured ... :?: Has the Temple/Athenaeum been properly consecrated .. if not, holding a ceremony as part of the reenactment would be very important. Regards Arthes Re: Megale Athena-Nashville! - Uwe Bahr - 05-02-2006 Thank You for those beautiful links and pictures - really phantastic (karmas for You). Greets - Uwe Re: Megale Athena-Nashville! - Anonymous - 05-03-2006 hock: Re: Megale Athena-Nashville! - Gaius Decius Aquilius - 05-03-2006 I have to give Nashville more credit than my home town of Abuquerque: a turquoise tile coated 57 Chevy on a pedistile. This would make an excellent place for a Hoplite reenactment thingie. Its only a 20 hour drive from me, and more or less central to the eastern US. LYKAON (Ralph Izard) Re: Megale Athena-Nashville! - hoplite14gr - 05-03-2006 Well something is eating me to visit the US after all. Kind regards Re: Megale Athena-Nashville! - Gaius Decius Aquilius - 05-04-2006 Quote:Quote:Well something is eating me to visit the US after all. And when we all get thrown out of Nasville, we can come over to my place and I will give you a personalised tour of all the bars here and in Santa Fe.
