I didn't know about Veleia. Looks like a wonderful site.
Any evidence, clues, guesses why and when Veleia was abbandoned, or destroyed, not to be rebuilt?

Aitor is the man to answer this, but from the wesite it looks like life petered out during the 5th-6th c,.
