What would be the penalty for a non citizen attacking a citizen ? Or attempted murder. I cant find an answer to this question. Im probably just not looking in the right place ?

This isn't attempted but actual. In the Civil War by Caesar, a slave killed his mistress, when he was caught, he was burnt alive.
