More work in progress - Praefectusclassis - 06-15-2003

Hi guys,
Advice please I've never seen (or at least, I have no photographs) a slinger releasing his sling. Is this figure approaching a convincing attitude? With his left hand he's supposed to hold up a fold in his tunic (like on Trajan's column) with slingbullets and perhaps an oval shield in his hand.
And next, this is my 90mm Aquilifer (by Soldiers Luchetti) only just started.
Greets
Thanks for that site.
Hmmm, I think I need to make him crouch a lot more and maybe turn his wrist, right?
Greets
Slinging.org forum now online! - Anonymous - 08-03-2003

Just wanted to let everyone interested in slings that the forum on www.slinging.org has been setup. I know it's hard to get the ball rolling with things like a forum because who wants to join an empty one?! That’s why I ask my fellow slinging (or even throwing) enthusiasts to register for an account and generate a bit of discussion. I would greatly appreciate it.

You can get to the forum by going to www.slinging.org and clicking the forum link on the left.
Thanks!
