Castra Praetoria - Praefectusclassis - 04-05-2005
The Castra Praetoria on the original RAT was the place for expierenced, valued members of the board to talk in private about the goings-on. It will be so again on this new version of RAT. Anyone who used to have access to the Castra Praetoria, please send me a message so I can give you access again.
