Mustering the Great King\'s army

Hello all!

As you may know, some of us are going to get together on Sept. 10 and invade Greece. I think it might behoove us to get organised before actually doing so.

I don't know how many of us there are, or which reenactment groups we'll be traveling with. So, knowing full well that this proposal may fall flat, and not laying claim to any authority in this matter, I humbly propose a thread for all Persians, Medes, Skythians and anyone else interested, to get a head count, perhaps choose commanding officers, and decide on a time to assemble.

So basically, give a holler and say when you plan to arrive, when you find out. I can't expect that everyone else knows, since I don't know myself; I hope to travel with Taxeis Plataia.

Also, if you know any Achaemenian army reenactors who are thinking of going but aren't members here, put them in touch! Who knows, if we get enough people, maybe we'll win this time! :lol:

Yes, it's them alright. But they also re-enact the Greeks and I don't know which side they like better...
