Rome: Engineeering an Empire on the History Channel
#1
Neuraleanus posted a notice for this under "Off Topic", but I am mentioning it here, as well:

The program will air Monday evening, September 5, 2005 at 9 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time/8 PM Central Time in the US. Several of us from 3 Legions - III Cyrenaica, XXIV M. A. and XXX Ulpia Victrix - took part in the segment on Caesar bridging the Rhine (with the Hudson River standing in for the Rhine).

It deals with several of Rome's great engineering works and the emperors responsible for them (with the understanding among us, at least, that Gaius Julius Caesar was never an "emperor" in the sense the later ones were).
