Hi.
I'm looking for some sources for research. In particular, I need something on the reign of Augustus, more importantly on Varus and the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. :-D

Check Ancient Warfare magazine. There has been published a special about this single battle/disaster by them, which is a very good overview/introduction to the theme.

Thanks. :-D
Also, I've been told that Lacus Curtius is a good website to refer to. Is it good enough?

Yes it is. For the actual source material I would recommend having a look through Res Gestae Divi Augusti, Suetonius' Vita Divi Augusti, Tacitus' Annales, and Velleius Paterculus' Historiae Romanae.
