Looks highly interesting. Quantification has become such a vogue in history. Common dialogue these days:
A: Nah, the Romans were such under-achievers, deplorable, miserable bunch. B: We know they did built at least 900 bridges, 660 aqueducts and 2000+ harbours. A: .......have to go, forgot the turkey in the oven! Case over, argument won.
