New Fleet Inscription from Germany?

There's mention on the grapevine that in addition to the Classis tombstone from Italy, another fleet inscription was found recently in Germany. Does anyone know anything about this? Such as where it was found? What it says? If it is published anywhere? Or do you all draw a blank the same as me...

- I hate these friends who tell you "Did you know there was? Oops, I appear to have forgotten who told me..."

In my case it was a Prof at Nottingham Uni, but no details, alas. So please help!

solved the issue. my professor being dippy actually referred to the inscription found in Italy (see other topic on new classis tombstone) which, of course has neither to do with Germany nor a provincial fleet and is thus interesting but rather useless for the provincial fleets. And here I go chasing around for weeks...
