Living History music videos...
#1
Greetings,
Gioi started a thread about Tyr.....there are a lot of music videos out there that feature living history and re-enactment, but not all come into our time periods.
This one is early Medieval/crusades or maybe even depicts a Medieval Arthur fighting the Saxons...and I love both the song and the video (and yes, Ok...I admit it...am drooling over a knight or two...  )
Nightwish - Sleeping Sun
I am trying to work out what the Standard is...whether Plantagenet, the Lion of Norway given the vikings in the battle, which would have made it Sigurd I Magnusson's men ...or the Golden Dragon of Wessex..... :?
regards
Arthes

The enemy is less likely to get wind of an advance of cavalry, if the orders for march were passed from mouth to mouth rather than announced by voice of herald, or public notice. Xenophon

I am trying to find a music video I saw late night in Ukraine in 2003. I think the band was German. The lead singer is dressed in late medieval armor, he has long, blond hair. He is accompanied by an 'advisor' wizard type....
He comes into a room and finds a lovely girl, dressed as a princess... he starts shedding his armor.... she pulls up her skirt to show a chastity bely, he smiles and pulls out a set of keys....
Has anyone seen this music video? Or can you tell me the group's name?

Certainly not Rammstein...They'd probably "unlock" that chastity belt with a sledgehammer or a flamethrower... Confusedhock:

These videos are somewhat different from the others posted here, but they are related. They are rather bizarre.

In vain you spent your energies
