This is the Lahun pattern cloak 1st-3rd century, Egypt, Petrie collection.
I don't have a pattern, I just make them from looking at the originals. If you look it up, you will be able to find details in the Textiles Archaeology Newsletter

Is this item the Lahun cloak made by one piece of fabric? I read some years ago somewhere, that the paenula was made by one piece of fabric (means: not separate piece for the hooded part), but i don't remember, what and where was the orig. from.

Yes, it's made from a single piece, the original is also a single piece woven to shape. You can see a picture of the original in the Textiles Archaeology Newsletter. I think if you contact the publishers, they might have a copy of it. My copy is in a print out and I don't have a scanner at the moment
