The soldier and the small girl are well lit, but the girls dress could probably have more lighting highlights. as they seem to be the closest?
The soldier could do with a bit more shading effect too.
Every one else on the right are quite dark, I guess due to being in the shade.

Funnily enough, it's actually the soldier next to her that's wrong. If you look at the light direction it's coming from slightly behind the behind the girl, where as the soldier is almost front lit. There's also a building shadow over lower half. As I said, it was just a test... that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

I may give it a little more work and post again though, if I get the chance.
