No parking, that's a problem indeed. But Liddington itself isn't on a PRoW, is it? the path passes the fort 200m to the east?
Barbury (my next candidate) is, unfortunately, on a PRoW. Cry

Badbury Rings is not a hillfort (if you can call it a hill at all), it's call to fame only because of the name (and we could discuss Bad- names until we see blue in the face and still not come to any conclusion). It's a nice spot, granted.
