That one depends on whether you think the people of Dorset in the 5th century BCE were Celtic! (Insert the correct date of construction if that's wrong)

The Celtisization of Britain likely began in the Bronze Age - by the 5th century BC, Celtic culture would have been dominant in (if not the sole culture of) Britain.
