I would like to say that he is partly correct: Many of my pieces are based on historical designs and forms, were not intended a reproductions, and as such, are art pieces which have a "soul of their own".. However, my dinner set is historically accurate, both in dimensions and technique of applying the terra sigillata. I would like to also know what historical sources he bases his assessment on?
"Never as replicas" is incorrect.
