Disinheritance
#1
In the province of Greece, 1st C AD, what were the laws for disowning a son who violated some family traditional oath? I am sure a father (paterfamilias) could disown/disinherit a son if he chose, but what would be the procedure, beyond rewriting his will? File something with the local magistrate?
