I know of three plain iron type 'A' sheaths (one from Mainz and one from Anreppen, both missing their terminals and the Anreppen example with a piece of leather still adhering to one side, and one from Dangstetten, missing most of its lower half) and one plain copper-alloy type 'A' sheath. Added to that, there is a plain copper-alloy type 'B' sheath plate as well.
I do not have any digital photos of either of the iron type 'A' sheaths at the moment but I will have a look and try to post up a picture or two of the copper-alloy one in the next day or two. I do have a digital photo of the type 'B' plate but will have to check to see if I have permission to post it up, as some of the pictures I have are of unpublished examples and I think (off the top of my head) this is one of them.
