Hi all,
I am now wondering for some time what Roman troops used to sleep on while on the march. When marching 20 miles a day with alot of gear, then building camp and making diner makes you tired. A relatively good night sleep must have been very important to keep going. I think they must have taken like a sheep skin or someting, but do the sources tell us anyting about this?
