Also, after looking at the cover of AW XIII.1 I agree that some of the artists are copying other artists or photos of reenactors in Indian cuirasses shaped like a sack of potatoes, but I do not know if their current artists read this forum 
Artists don't get paid very much so everything you can do to help them research helps.
I do my best to give artists a 'dossier' and suggestions but putting it together takes time.
