I found this site for Legio XIII Gemina. If you scroll down to Dalmatia, the last entry reads, ' Novae: Caius Atilius Genialis (?) Miles '. The question mark indicates some doubt about the reading: https://www.legioxiiihistory.org/wall-of-glory/
I then searched on EDCS and found this: CIL 03, 01907 - I(ovi) O(ptimo) M(aximo) sa[cr(um)] / C(aius) Atilius Gen[3] mil(es) leg(ionis) XIII / [Ge]m(inae) leg(ionis) I Ad(iutricis) / [3] b(eneficarius) co(n)s(ularis) / [v(otum)] s(olvit) l(ibens) m(erito).
Perhaps he's your man, although you have to allow for some confusion in the reading.
