No there isn't much info given as to techniques,some of the commercial sites selling copies will just mention direct or indirect methods used for their pieces but not in any great detail.The best write up I've seen is in K. Dunbabin's book,Mosaics of the Greek and Roman world.She does also give the references used and has some good photos showing the setting techniques.<br>
