I'd be happy to pitch in this project. You may use any of my helmet shots on the legio VI Real gear page (including the fabulous Guttmann "mouse" helmet); I'll also be uploading a bunch of new helmet shots when I reconfigure Real Gear in the next few days, including a number of previously unpublished helmets from private collections and/or dealer stocks.
I also have a copy of "Antike Helm" and several other museum catalogues which show helmets. I can scan them and forward you images if you wish.
