It's still there but shrinking fast.
They stopped demoition briefly while the TV crew were there, but announced on radio that will continue till its gone!
English Heritage couldnt get in so took the pragmatic approach & just let the application to list it fail.
Local Council are still trying to say its not being demolished, just another old structure nearby, but aerial photos prove otherwise.
The only bit gone at the moment is a part replaced following a fire in the 1970's (the bit Eng Heritage say makes it not authentic) which was a rebuild along original plans.
Another protest on Sunday, but it looks like it may be gone before that.
If anyone has nothing better to do, email some of the names above, or if you know anyone with clout, (or even with the dosh to buy the park) contact them too.
Otherwise, another one bites the dust.
