Great!! We are officially up and running then! Basics are:
I will draw names after, say November 15th? that way there should be time for everything to get where its going.
You can specify your chosen time period, to help the person sending to you.
Try to keep it on the smaller side, its for fun and friendship, no one wants you to go broke!
Hand made or commercially purchased, its up to you.
I will try to match you up with someone close if you are not wanting to ship internationally.
After I draw names, I will post the results. It will be up to you to contact the person you drew to get shipping information.

Demetrius, we had a bunch of flooding again due to the 6 inches of rain the remains of Ike dumped on us. More mud and levee patrols, happy happy joy joy!
