I think this is from the same group of scores of wrecks near Marsala, Sicily which was announced a few years ago. It is the same site where Honor Frost excavated the first Punic warship in the 1970s.

They announced the find in 2004 and a little information has come out since. Thanks for posting this Goffredo!
