Roman Weapons and Armour mod for Skyrim

I've always wanted to create a Mod for Skyrim, total conversion, with the map in Late Roman Gaul (and Solstheim being Britain) that starts in 425 and covers the West under Aetius

Of course I don't have that kind of experience, but I had a ton of Ideas for it.
