This is so-called Bassus helmet in the Mougins Museum (a.k.a. Auxiliary Cavalry ACA 10 (Private collection) in the database which was once on this site). The helmet is from a private collection without certain provenance. It was first published in ANTIKE WELT- Zeitschrift für Archäologie und Kulturgeschichte. Band 5/2008 „Die Soldaten Roms“.
There are actually a number of recent provenanced finds of this "Pseudo-Attic" type which is believed to be the helmet type depicted on the famous 1st century cavalry tombstones, most importantly:
