mmh, I mostly eat eggs only in cakes etc.
I hate egg white. the consistency of it makes me cringe

when I eat a fried egg (on rare occasions) then I put lots of tabasco on it. I call it "tabasco-egg". :lol:

Put the egg and tabasco on top of a flour tortilla, add a side dish of refried beans, and call it "Huevos Ranchero". Standard breakfast stuff in Texas.
