Strange. I have your website bookmarked. when I click on the link you posted (the startpage, home) i get an empty page but when I use my bookmark which leads me to this [url:efhbv5mx]http://www.livius.org/rome.html[/url] I can navigate through the site without problems and look at everything except the starting page, when I press "home" I get an empty page.

no I don't think so as I went to parts of the page I've never been before. So they shouldn't be in my cache???

I only looked at some of the Roman pages so far but when I treid now I can go to other sections as well without probs. only place I couldn't go was the starting page *confused* :?
