Great work there! I always appreciate seeing good imagination at work.
I figure 'you're obsessed' when you take any time period in ancient history and count either backward or forward in the timeline from the Roman era. Maybe thats just me.....

I think that is really awesome.
I made a pair of caligae for my mom since she liked the military ones I made for me.

I'd wear it. That is TOO COOL. Noseguard is a great touch. Somewhere I had a photo of a crochet Sutton Hoo helmet, so there are some helmetesque cap options out there. Congrats!
