Notitia Dignitatum - new discussions

Important for all late Roman groups who use a shield design from the Notitia Dignitatum!
Luke Ueda Sarson has recently updated his page in which he makes well-argued proposals for a solution to the problem of some units and designs being mismatched:

One of the joys of the Limes Congress is being able to sit on a coach with one of the world's leading experts on the ND (Peter Brennan) and have a long discussion about the text, illustrations, and his ideas on both. Never thought the ND could be exciting! Peter is working on a text and translation for the same series as Milner's Vegetius. Sounds to me like it will be a cracker.
